good product but the app is not intuitive and very lacking. I also have a problem after having them for a few years now with the light deciding to not come on even though the box is showing them on. I have to reset the light almost weekly now. this is ridiculous as I have to get a ladder to unplug them or turn off the circuit and turn it back on to get them to work! I bought these so I wouldn't have to climb a ladder. Very expensive to have to still use a ladder!

Very disappointed in the app. at first I thought it was okay and as I got used to it I found that it's very lacking. I've written to them several times making suggestions but actually never heard back and they haven't made any changes to the app in a very long time. The calendar function is almost unusable and the fact that you have to name your events and then can't see the names that you've already used it's just ridiculous.

Seems like every holiday we want to change the lights we get the "can't connect to bridge" error. I've unplugged everything from the router to the eaves plugs and tried to reconnect with no luck. The installer, has been here about 3 or 4 times in 3 years to help and replace leds. I think I could install a lot cheaper lights without headache of these. would not recommend but are nice when working.
