Worthless application that doesn't work properly even after calling the customer service and knowing how to use it. i am trying to login my account, but this bad application isn't working. Then I have to call the customer service, wait so long, and spend my phone credit without any response. you also should have an option to call us back insteAd of waiting. BTW, I know how to use it and it's not the first time. whoever operates this, please do something because it's really affecting your image.

The worst idea. Very outdated way to login and very complicated. If they do not invest in a real app like all other big banks don't even bother open an account with them. If anything happens to you phone you have to go through the registration process all over again. I don't know why they don't have a real app.

the compliance department will destry this bank !!!! i already know a lot of clients who left the bank because of the compliance department , they destroy everything and no matter whatbtransaction you do they must find a reasion to start chasing you, i personally will for sure look for another bank after dealing with ABC for years and the only reason is the compliance department.
