Ratings and reviews

Impossible to set up account. Verification code doesn't work. This should be integrated into the bank app, like CC & PayPal apps. Overly complicated and even if I could get the verification code to work, it would still be an unnecessarily long process to do banking and use perks, in one fell swoop. Will gladly change my rating if perks are integrated into banking app.

Excellent service for my interest.

German American bank is a great bank and their app is better than the competition.
