Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work on Android 16 after the last update. its freezes up at welcome screen. tried to clear cache, clear data, uninstall and reinstall but still not working.

Latest update is terrible. I had to re-register, coz my log in details were gone. Updated UI is horrible, accounts only show available amount, and does not show what's on hold. Dukhan Reward page is not allowing me to select a credit card or a month to see the statement.

The app since the "robot helper " was introduced is a hot mess. I really hope that the bank is getting his money back because the app developer is useless. Before this the app was ok. Now loging in is a game of chance . I get the 1-48 technical error message 9 out 10 attempts . Takes me about 8 to 12 minutes untill I manage somehow to log into my account and do what ever I need to do .
