MAIN FEATURES
With StraoApp, you can configure shift schedules, view the monthly service calendar, record and edit work days, manage overtime, allowances, absences, and vacations, and view summaries and indicative payroll simulations.
The app also allows you to archive data and documents, export information to PDF, transfer data between devices, and use the Android widget.
SCANNING AND PDF CREATION
StraoApp includes a built-in scanner that allows you to photograph documents or select images on your device and convert them into PDF files directly from the app.
Before saving, you can name the file, improve image readability, rotate pages, rearrange pages, and create a single document.
The scanner function is intended exclusively for the simplified management of personal documents.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Protecting user information is a key aspect of StraoApp.
Entered data is saved locally on the device, except for export, sharing, or transfer operations initiated voluntarily by the user.
The user retains control over their data and decides when to export, transfer, share, or delete it.
Before using the export, sharing, scanning, or transfer functions, you must verify the file content and comply with your administration's internal security, confidentiality, and information processing policies.
Documents or information that are not permitted under the rules applicable to your office or department must not be entered, acquired, or shared through the app.
