Broken login, doesn't make use of data connection (only wifi), asks for fingerprint scan when I didn't provide one to the app. The site is broken too, I'm unable to access my dental insurance at the moment. Edit: After being redirected to app store for an update and having to enter my creds again, it appears that my password has been changed. PW recovery flow was also buggy, instead of confirmation screen it was stuck in a loop asking me to fill the second password confirmation form field.

I checked out the website, read the rave reviews, installed the app, went to the trouble to sign up, checked my email for the verification link, clicked the verification link and got an error stating I was not a member and I needed to sign up. Seriously? I just signed up, got an email verification link, and I'm not a member? Must be a joke right? I uninstalled the app. This service is questionable. If they can't handle a simple registration how are they supposed to save me money?

This app is not at all useful. It gives a very broad price range for your zip, not actual prices per office. It requires your social (HUGE REGRET). There is no way to delete your information once it is in their system. They are not responsive. I should have read the reviews and listened to all the low stars. Could lead to data breaches and identity theft. Should be illegal.
