Can't buy the monthly subscription It won't let me purchase the monthly subscription. I created a user account, but now it says user account does not exist. I just want to try it for a month for now
Mostly fixed My son loves this app. However when we did the update we lost all his progress and the content purchased. I had just purchased the entire program 5 days earlier. I contacted customer service instead of just complaining in the ratings section as so many do and within 3 days there was a patch download that restored my lost purchase. Progress still gone but he can use the practice anyway. Now if only it would let me successfully create an account so i can pull it up on my phone for him too.
Hooked on phonics My daughter loves it. She will be reading before she's 4.
How do I get my full program back? I had the whole program, and now it says I have nothing and have to pay for a subscription. (Also that it was "customer demand" that brought about the subscription... pretty sure that's not true.) :-( Not cool, HOP. What are you going to do to fix this?
4 year old loves it Works on OnePlus One and an old Galaxy Tab 10.1 with no issues.
Lost purchases As others have mentioned, the latest upgrade lost all my son's progress and everything I have paid for is now gone. This is not how you treat customers, absolutely terrible. I really hope an update is coming to fix this major mistake.
Responding to requests from you, we have converted the app to a subscription. Now, for the same price as a single step before, you can unlock the entire program for a month and renew for any amount of time. This will give your child the freedom to explore the entire app at his or her own pace without having to make continuous purchases. You have full access to everything you have already purchased. You will only need to create a free account if you wish to synchronize with other devices.
