Four in a row. That's the whole rule.
Tap to place a cube. Get four of the same colour in a line — across, down or
diagonally — and they burst off the board. Simple enough to understand in one
move, and then the board starts pushing back.
HOW IT GETS HARDER
You don't get unlimited cubes. Every level hands you a budget, and running out
before you've cleared your lines is how you lose. So it isn't about clearing
lines fast. It's about not wasting a single cube.
And you're not playing alone. The board drops grey blocks in your way, and it
picks its spots — right where you were about to close a line. Grey blocks fade
on their own if you can wait them out. Sleeping stones sit there doing nothing
until you surround them with colour, and then they wake up.
By the last level the board has grown from 5x5 to 9x9, there are four colours in
the bag instead of two, and you need six lines instead of two.
TWO CUBES THAT CHANGE EVERYTHING
The green cube doesn't need an empty space. Drop it anywhere and it smashes
every cube around it — the fastest way out of a board you've painted yourself
into.
The orange cube goes anywhere too, but it's bossy: place it and it decides
where your next cube has to go.
TAKE YOUR TIME
There's no clock and no move limit ticking down at you. The board waits. Put it
down mid-level, come back tomorrow, and it's exactly where you left it.
