About this game

You are a simple peasant, condemned to execution for the king's exorbitant tax. In the tavern, over your last pint, a Secret Stranger sits down with you. He knows your plight. He offers salvation... but the price will be high. You agree. But who is your opponent? The king himself? Or just a random stranger?

The main goal is to pay off the debt (lower left corner). If you don't complete the payment within the allotted time, you lose.

🔮 How to play?
You see glasses in front of you. Raise one, and your fate is decided:

🔵 Blue ball - adds money (according to a special formula) and skips to the next day.
🔴 Red ball - takes a life.
❤️ Heart - adds life.
🪙 Coins - add a random amount.
🛒 Shop between rounds
The shopkeeper is a character with a personality. He blinks, looks around, and if you take too long to decide, he starts banging on the table. No money? He frowns. Bought the item? He nods approvingly. Trying to buy without money results in a banging sound that shakes the camera.

Items (over 20 unique):

Cage - removes the red ball (2 uses)
Book - allows you to look under any glass (2 uses)
Three Times Two (Skull) - triples coins and lives, doubles damage (1 use)
Strange Potion - sacrifices a heart, but removes 3 glasses (take all useful ones)
Resurrection Tool (Feather) - resurrects upon loss (-50% coin penalty)
Boots - complete a level without the blue ball
Super Day Button - the next day will be a Super Day (but with two red balls)
Needle and Thread - adds an inventory slot
And many others: honey, eggshell, clover, glasses of fate, grapes...
⚡ Super Days and Random Events
You may encounter special days and events with a choice:

Bandit Attack (fight or surrender) Money?)
Strange Stranger (accept a gift or a curse?)
Wishing Well (flip a coin and receive an item, money, or nothing)
King's Birthday (choose a glass of wine)
Curses: "Dust in the Eyes" (can't see the glasses), "Opposite Day" (red ball kills, blue ball harms), "Pack of Bears" (-2 lives)
💀Deal with the Devil
After death, you have a chance to roll the dice with the devil. Rebirth with a debuff:

Rise from the Ashes (+2 health, +1 day, -1 slot)
Poverty (+3 days, -15% coins)
Devil's Pact (+4 days, +3 hearts, +3 slots, but events removed, +1 red orb, +50% prices)

Healthy (4 HP, but -10% to hearts)
Lucky (random item at the beginning)
Long-Lived (+1-3 days)
Strategist (skips second level)
Greedy (+10% gold/hearts)
Adventurer (super day on day 0)
Merchant (7% discount, +1 reroll)
Hoarder (+2 slots, +7% to items)
📜 Quests and Global Currency
Complete missions (easy, medium, hard, and hellish) to earn coins and purchase rare cards.
