I cannot sign in and it shows an error message that I've signed in, but I haven't met the credentials how do I get past this error message?

Very slow app,cannot complete my trainings or even slide to what I want to do.Always showing problems and low comand

Ok but cannot view my schedule. Mail page is fine but unable to see any of the links when I need to.
