Was forced to download this app to purchase tickets for a track meet. Very horribly designed. Once I opened the app, it took me to a login page. There were no other options - no settings, no home, no set up account, nothing. Just login only. But I just downloaded the app, how can I already have a login account?? I am really surprised there wasn't an option to CREATE a login account. Like, literally there was no button to click for help or email or anything.

Won't let you log into the app. I already have an account but I need the app and it won't accept my password, it says invalid with no other way to access, create, or change password. Nothing just invalid account. I uninstalled the app because it's useless.

This is for the business side of Brushfire. As far as I can tell this is for a business to scan QR codes for check-in and sign up people for events. This is NOT to be used by a ticket holder. This is not a ticket app such as the TicketMaster app. It is a shame that the software developers have failed to acknowledge or respond to the reviews on this app.
