I love budget pets as a supplier and website. Whoever is charge of their app needs to be switched asap. It worked when it was first launched years and years ago. And with every forced update it gets worse Newest fun thing is when using the search bar there are no results (nothing new here) but now we get strobe lighting on the screen until we force close the app. Nothing is actually loading, usually I can navigate by pet and that's the only click funnel that seems to work, even that is no good

Tried to use a code for a discount that said app only so I downloaded this app. Passed antivirus scans etc, all good. Everytime I click on the app the only thing that loads is a white screen with their logo down the bottom. Useless.

No stars for the app, which is just a white screen with the Budget Pets logo. I've now been charged for two separate auto deliveries in the space of two weeks - I can't get into the app to see/change/cancel my orders, and even the website is a fail at the moment too as it won't allow me to see my auto delivery information either! Not happy as that's $300 worth of goods. The service itself is fine but the website and the app are terrible at the moment - please get it fixed!!!
