Allows me to login but will not display the my pace dashboard. After repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling, the app gives the same results. Very disappointed and frustrated with the app since the latest update. Send a correction update otherwise I'll have to change my insurance company.

This app used to work very well in 2023. I had live updates, but since coming back to this app (OCT 2025), I can't get passed the loading screen after logging in. It just cycles and loads, even after uninstalling the app and rebooting the phone. When was the last update? CAA needs to modernize this app or at least update it.

Won't let me past the Link Policy page. I type in my policy number, and it says that the policy is already linked. It won't take me to the "dashboard" of the app. It instructed me to call the IT phone number for help. I've been on the phone with them twice now. Both agents instructed me to unplug the tracking device, wait 3 minutes, plug it back into the port of my vehicle then drive it for 15 to 20min. I've done this 3 times now, and the device will still not connect to the app.Frustrated
