Won't let me past the Link Policy page. I type in my policy number, and it says that the policy is already linked. It won't take me to the "dashboard" of the app. It instructed me to call the IT phone number for help. I've been on the phone with them twice now. Both agents instructed me to unplug the tracking device, wait 3 minutes, plug it back into the port of my vehicle then drive it for 15 to 20min. I've done this 3 times now, and the device will still not connect to the app.Frustrated

My Experience has been awful w CAA MyPace, its a great idea and I have had it for close to a year and I cannot access my app through my phone, I was on the phone w my provider who tried to get through to CAA and I waited over 2hrs. Then again two weeks later, and still not successful, I get notification through email that it's time to top up but I cannot view my app....super frustrating.....wont be renewing

The app works fine and is useful. I like how I can see kilometers driven and remaining on the top of the app screen. Just like recommended by other reviewers, I waited until tracking device registered itself and I got access to dashboard. Installed app after that and had no problems with it whatsoever.
