About this app

C365 is the application that will allow you to manage your community's main processes with just one click, allowing you to stay continuously connected to any event affecting your community and neighbors.
Through self-management and within a real-time framework, we will create an efficient ecosystem for your community, allowing you to understand and manage everything that happens around you and may affect you and your neighbors.

1. Record incidents and accidents, attaching photos, images, and written or recorded comments, reporting them in real time to the associations, administrators, and president so they can resolve them quickly.
2. Consult community documentation and receive notifications of any event that affects you and your neighbors.
3. Reserve common areas in real time and avoid any conflicts or misunderstandings (paddle tennis, swimming pools, tennis courts, meeting rooms, etc.)
4. Join meetings virtually to follow, comment, and decide on the points to be discussed. Vote on any open discussion points.
5 - Contact key stakeholders in your community and record what you want to communicate (Concierges, Doormen, Members, President, Gardener, Maintenance Workers, etc.)
6 - Consult profiles with similar characteristics and compare your energy usage (electricity, gas, etc.) to get better rates.
7 - Request and make changes to your registered data.
8 - Stay connected to everything happening in your community and take advantage of any benefits you may receive based on your community membership.
