Been having issues logging in, It says to connect to internet while I'm already connected and sometimes I get "finger token not validated" when trying to login using fingerprint that worked fine before. Now that I forgot my pass I have no clear way to request pass change via phone sms or app and have to GO IN PESON TO SOLVE THE ISSUE!!! I mean how hard is it to provide password reset using phone number?

I have been trying to update this app for a year now and every time I do so I get an error.
