They have a very positive and happy disposition. They are very creative with several activities to get the viewers interacted. They include thier fur babies (cats) as another way of keeping the viewers interactive. They have a simple free online web app with very simple ways for becoming new viewers and simple way to become a part of the jewelry crew along with simple steps for payment.

The one thing I dont like is you put something in your cart and you would like to change your mind you are stuck with the item. Only draw back that you cant remove items if you would rather purchase something else. And if you dont purchase the items you cant shop anymore with this app. The other thing is if you watch a replay you cant advance through on this app to skip things you dont want. Now on the positive side the app is very easy to use, I do like JJs lives he is friendly, and positive.

LOVE this app. LOVE J.J. and Matt!! I love the 'SHOP' button so we can see what they have already shown during the live. I also love that during the replay, we can click the piece, and it takes you to that part of the video. I'd give it a 10 if I could.
