About this app

The Juxing Master app is built based on Huanhong Zhilian's Arctos patented technology. Its communication mode does not need to go through a relay server. It is an encrypted direct connection transmission mechanism.
It can protect the privacy and security of communication well.
The customer makes a service appointment at the designated site of the company, and the site will generate a service dispatch order and enter the back-end system of the company, allowing the application of the company on the business side.
It can be associated with the client application (Arctos Client, Rising Star) to conduct video interaction and execute related service matters during the specified time period.
Features of the Star Master app include:
1. Automatically present all appointment dispatch orders of the day
2. You can manually find the appointment dispatching order for other days
3. You can assign service time or communicate directly to the appointment dispatch
4. Video interaction with one to three-party client applications
5. The designated word card is displayed on the screen and synchronized to the client application for service theme presentation or behavior reminder; the content of the word card can be created and supplemented by yourself
6. Send the file link to the client application
7. The functions provided by updates and upgrades will be successively updated, including ID card OCR recognition, face recognition, witness comparison, video electronic signature, etc.
