Jasmine Manager is the mobile companion for Jasmine Restaurant Management System Jasmine RMS. It is built for restaurant owners and managers who need control and visibility when they are away from the outlet.
Approvals and oversight are delivered to your phone in real time. When staff request sensitive actions such as voiding items reopening closed orders applying discounts changing payment method reprinting receipts or changing working date you receive an instant notification and can approve or decline immediately. When supervisors have authority to approve elevated actions you can still stay in control through audit alerts that show what was approved with the reason and details.
Monitor live operations with Outlet Pulse. Track active orders occupancy late orders and sales progress without calling the outlet or relying on manual updates. Pulse frequency can be configured based on your needs.
Review performance with manager reports and analytics. Jasmine Manager provides shift and daily summaries plus weekly summaries on Saturdays monthly summaries on the first of every month and yearly summaries on the first of every year. You also get dashboards and drill downs such as sales by date sales by kind payment methods delivery companies and staff and cash analysis by waiter cashier driver and cashbox plus menu analysis by category item and modifier.
