It keeps locking me out. This is the second time and I know my password but keep saying it's wrong and since trying to reset it, it won't allow the app to send me an email to change it because I'm "locked out" Update: It is much better with the new and improved CFCU app and features. As with anything, there is always room for improvement. However, at this stage, it is very nice.

The online banking was down for four days, along with the mobile app. Online banking comes back on, so I try mobile, doesn't work. They don't say that there is a new app, but I found it download it. Try to login, doesn't work. Try to enroll, doesn't work. Horrible tech tools from this institution in a time when most digital services are easy to navigate. Do better.

I don't understand this new app. I had use the website to even make a username because the app just told me I didn't exist.. it took nearly an hour to get it to work... yes, I watched the tutorial on the site and it did not help. App only lets me see my one credit card and won't show me my checking or savings accounts. When I try to add my debit card, it just gives me an error message. Terrible.
