BUILD A NEW HOMELAND
Begin with a shattered longship on an unknown shore. Raid coastal settlements for food, timber, and iron. Repair your vessel, welcome wandering exiles, and transform a fragile camp into a thriving Viking stronghold. One ship becomes a fleet. A band of survivors becomes a mighty clan.
CALL UPON THE GODS
The gods do not merely watch history—they shape it. Choose the blessings of Odin, Heimdall, Frigg, and other Norse deities when your warriors face impossible odds. Raise divine shields against storms of arrows, unleash thunder upon enemy cavalry, and lead your fleet from the shores of England to the walls of Paris.
FIGHT BENEATH ODIN’S GAZE
At the feast, an axe strikes the shield beside your feet. The challenge has been made. Enter the circle and prove yourself before the entire clan. Time every block, dodge, and counterattack. Defeat rival warriors, challenge the clan chief, and turn victory into reputation, followers, and power.
COMMAND THE SHIELD WALL
When an overwhelming army charges, victory depends on more than strength. Lock shields against the first assault, counter cavalry with spears, and break exposed formations with a decisive attack. Read the battlefield, adapt your tactics, capture enemy strongholds, and recruit defeated warriors into your growing clan.
SURVIVE THE LONG WINTER
Conquest means nothing if your clan cannot survive until spring. Assign workers, gather food, stockpile firewood, reinforce longhouses, and prepare for deadly blizzards. Fail, and your people will freeze beside a dying fire. Succeed, and the longhouse will come alive with warmth, feasting, songs, and celebration.
