Would be higher if they would speed up the loading process of the app It gets timed out the first 3 times but only way to check balance thats why it has 2 stars other then that worthless!!! Dropped to below 1 star it keeps saying I'm putting in the wrong credentials when I have my fingerprint saved I've had to call multiple times to get it unlocked. The app and the bank like screwing people over and like to make your life hell. Looking for another bank!!!

Collins app not convenient. They are constantly making me prove that I am worthy to access my own account. Overall, they seem to be unable to meet basic, reasonable, levels of competence in their ability to provide accurate customer service. Also, you cannot get real-time help after banking hours despite 24 hour computer access to website & app!

At first, the interface was terrible, however it improves with each release. Logging in is a pain. You have to wait for a text with some unnecessarily long code everytime you log in. They require you to change your password way too often and regularly change the authentication process, which causes my connected wallet apps to disconnect and not be able to reauthenticate. There is no fingerprint login option. If they fix the ridiculous auth issues, it would be a good app.
