I've become very unhappy with the app. To the point I'm considering changing banks. The app used to be incredibly easy and used friendly. Now it just constantly circles when you know you've entered the correct information. So it holds you hostage of sorts, from knowing how much money you have in your account. Once you do gain access, which is basically a miracle. Then the app is great easy to do check deposits, transfers, and or estatments. It's just the part getting there is the problem

At first, the interface was terrible, however it improves with each release. Logging in is a pain. You have to wait for a text with some unnecessarily long code everytime you log in. They require you to change your password way too often and regularly change the authentication process, which causes my connected wallet apps to disconnect and not be able to reauthenticate. There is no fingerprint login option. If they fix the ridiculous auth issues, it would be a good app.

Collins app not convenient. They are constantly making me prove that I am worthy to access my own account. Overall, they seem to be unable to meet basic, reasonable, levels of competence in their ability to provide accurate customer service. Also, you cannot get real-time help after banking hours despite 24 hour computer access to website & app!
