This is an official mobile app of Indraprastha Gas Limited. This app is for PNG customers, CNG users. The app enables PNG customers anytime, anywhere access to his accounts.

PNG customer can view billing history, view payment history, lodge complaint, view complaint status, share feedback, update mobile and phone number, submit meter reading, and make online payment etc.

CNG customer can view nearby CNG stations on map. Customer can also search for CNG stations in a particular area.


Note: If you are first time user of the IGL Connect Mobile app, then you have to register/signup for accessing the My Profile, My Bill, Meter reading and Complaints section of PNG.

searching for an app inside bug, worst app, you can't sign up on 1 click, require multiple attempts, and then you can't login 🤷‍♂️😡 means you can't even with password or OTP. Did you pay the developer to run this or is it just a dummy app, even i can make a better app which can work better than this. We have to do everything by ourselves rather than at least provide a junction so i can do it by myself. And remove unwanted charges for your corrupt things.

Solid scam going on by igl. First they send a message to update reading via app. Next you download this app and shockingly you will not be able to login and neither update the reading so the bill can't be generated any amount even if a person has used less.

The application is currently not functioning as expected. I am unable to process billing, and I am not receiving OTP Additionally, all of my profile related information appears to be missing. This situation is quite frustrating.
