About this app

This is an official mobile app of Indraprastha Gas Limited. This app is for PNG customers, CNG users. The app enables PNG customers anytime, anywhere access to his accounts.

PNG customer can view billing history, view payment history, lodge complaint, view complaint status, share feedback, update mobile and phone number, submit meter reading, and make online payment etc.

CNG customer can view nearby CNG stations on map. Customer can also search for CNG stations in a particular area.


Note: If you are first time user of the IGL Connect Mobile app, then you have to register/signup for accessing the My Profile, My Bill, Meter reading and Complaints section of PNG.

I have given three stars due to inefficiency shown by this app. I am first time user of this app and I will not write about good things but short coming. 1. One cannot raise first bill himself because start reading is not shown by app. You have to request Customercare for first billing. Here I will appreciate that Customercare is very efficient and caring. 2. You get notice that bill is ready but you cannot download the same because all pdf reader app says the format cannot be opened. Cont...

App is not logging me in since last 3 days. I have opted for self billing but now I am unable to do it. Should not have relied on it. Also bad English language usage on UI without proper grammar makes it look like it was made by some semi literate.

I requested for a new connection in December, my payment was clear on 02/01/2024, but still no update for for instalation, every time I raise issue a time period of 5 days was given and complaint been closed without any update. Very bad experience with IGL.
