This is an official mobile app of Indraprastha Gas Limited. This app is for PNG customers, CNG users. The app enables PNG customers anytime, anywhere access to his accounts.

PNG customer can view billing history, view payment history, lodge complaint, view complaint status, share feedback, update mobile and phone number, submit meter reading, and make online payment etc.

CNG customer can view nearby CNG stations on map. Customer can also search for CNG stations in a particular area.


Note: If you are first time user of the IGL Connect Mobile app, then you have to register/signup for accessing the My Profile, My Bill, Meter reading and Complaints section of PNG.

It was a very bad experience They were sending an estimated bill. It was too high I went to my hometown for 2 months and generated a Rs 3500 bill which is unexpected. now I have tried multiple times using self billings but it's not working when I put the reading number on the igl connect it's not working.

Extremely disappointed with the login experience. Despite several attempts, I was unable to access my account. The repeated failures caused major inconvenience and unnecessary frustration. In today's digital world, basic access should be seamless—this felt like a major letdown. Please resolve this issue promptly.

Worst application, i am unable to login as I put connection no. and put down the otp but nothing happened after it. i tried in 3 other mobiles but the issue is the same. I dnt know why IGL is asking to share a picture of the meter when they have so many bugs in their application. IGL team ask your tech team to work on this application efficiently and then ask us to take picture and upload. Totally waste of time.
