The Baja California System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (DIF) offers the public the "1,2,3 For My Rights" app, a tool that allows users to request assistance in situations where the physical and/or mental well-being of children and adolescents may be at risk.
The app collects information to locate reported incidents, as well as data that helps identify potential perpetrators. Reporters can submit their requests anonymously or provide their information if they wish to receive updates on the case.
The app allows users to:
1. Register requests for assistance anonymously or in person.
2. Locate the incident using geolocation.
3. Describe or narrate the events in writing or through an audio recording.
4. Attach photographs as supporting material for the request.
We encourage you to use this service responsibly.
Warning: Continuous use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
