very impressed with how well this department has created the app. it has a clean interface that actually makes sense. for example separate login for foreigners that actually have English and content that are relevant for the foreigners. The scheduler isn't the best but it's more a business process problem of how they actually provide the timeslots or what timeslots are available. suggestion for improvement is a better pull down menu for the different offices.

I'm sure the app works well when one is able to use it. However, It would be good to clarify if this app is only applicable for Thai citizens. Tried registering for it which the app allowed but then was unable to log into the app. Keep getting an error message saying either details or password are incorrect, which is quite untrue. Not sure if this is a bug or the way the app developers designed to prevent expats from registering onto the online system.

I had no problems registering and then to Log-in so I can not tell if the issues described by many regarding Foreigners has been solved. So far all was in English as well. Unfortunately when selecting the DLT in my area I found many Offices are gray...meaning not available to select. I assume that means they do not use the Queue System? Would have been nice to be aware before... I will keep the App as those places might be available the next time around...
