Welcome to The Mimic, a terrifying, cinematic, first-person psychological horror survival game. You step into the shoes of an urban explorer investigating a haunted home with a dark, tragic past. As you explore the pitch-black hallways, solve the mystery, and discover forgotten memories, you will quickly realize that the house is actively watching you.
Can you survive the entity?
The Mimic isn't just a ghost; it is a relentless shadow entity that stalks your every move. Using an advanced "Weeping Angel" mechanic, the monster only moves when you aren't looking at it. Turn your back at your own risk. Listen for the footsteps, watch the shadows, and whatever you do... do not stare into the dark for too long.
Every choice matters.
Deep inside the house, you will find a doll holding the fragmented memories of Emily, the missing child who lived here. Talk to the doll to uncover the truth. But be careful... every question has a consequence. The Mimic features a hidden Karma and Morality system. Your dialogue choices will physically alter the haunted house around you.
• Show empathy, and the doll may guide you to safety, unlocking new clues and hidden rooms.
• Show cruelty, and you will be punished. The lights will shatter, the audio will die, and you will be hunted by the creature.
