At the end of December 1972, the US Government army had to sign the Paris Agreement to bring peace to North Vietnam.
On the US side, it was called Operation Linebacker II, also known as the Dien Bien Phu in the air campaign, was the last military campaign of the United States against the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in the Vietnam War, from December 18 to December 30, 1972 after the Paris Conference was deadlocked and collapsed due to disagreement between the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the US over the terms of the agreement.
