I generally like the consolidated app, but it has some annoying bugs I hope will be resolved. I use the learn feature the most, and was excited to see that I can finally control the course video speed in the app. However, when you speed up a video, the presenter's voices pitch up to the point they sound like the chipmunks even at 1.25 speed. Also, if you maximize the video screen, the captions and video speed controls do nothing. Feel free to pay me in swag for my software testing services 😀

Buggy. To get the app to pull your member info in after shutting down the app and re-opening it you have to do a lot of back and forth from the main screen to the account info screen. Reciprocity map doesn't remember you and selecting the "Use My CCW Info" slider does nothing until after you go to the Account page and return to the map. But the next time you use the app you have to go through it again, it doesn't remember. [And yes, I added my ccw info on the website long ago. It's not that the app doesn't sync to my account. The problem is that it takes a lot of "jiggling the key" to get it to sync. And the next time I open the app I have to go through it again. Also, it keeps saying my "token" has expired and I have to log in again even though I selected the "remember me" option. The "notify me when I cross state lines" option doesn't stay selected. The "use my ccw" option doesn't work. Picking my state (SC) brings up a bizarre reciprocity map that is wildly wrong (shows only Alaska and Vermont) even though I can see my true reciprocity map on the "my account" page.]

Would love to actually use the app. The dropdown menu is completely unusable. I try to click "my account" and get "Find an attorney" or the magazine. That's one example, not the only example. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help. Could be a good app but I wouldn't know because its impossible to navigate 🤷‍♀️
