You can spot faults and remotely manage multiple properties, all from one App.
Once installation has taken place, primary users and service engineers will have access to many features to ensure customer satisfaction. These are just a few of the key features:
· View, add, and edit network connections to installed hubs
· Rename, delete or replace hubs, zones, and appliances
· Move appliances within zones
· Activation or deactivation of service modes
· Carry out diagnostics and tests on the hubs or appliances
Some features require a working internet connection, Wi-Fi, and/or Bluetooth.
