Fixes:
• The game no longer crashes when you come back to it after Android closed it in the background — during an ad, a purchase or a Google sign-in
• Updated the ad SDK and every ad network inside it
• A song now has the same number of notes on 2, 3 and 4 lanes; the density limit is musical instead of a fixed number of milliseconds
• The notification banner no longer hides under the status bar
