Who can use it ?

Get third party location information or provide location information of your phone
The collected third-party location information is provided in conjunction with the map and road view.

Both the location requestor and provider must have the app installed.
If you do not want to provide location information, you can refuse to provide information on your phone.

It is easy because the phone number registered in the phone is used without entering the necessary information for registration, such as phone number and name.
