I downloaded and started the game and it looked like exactly what I wanted so I purchased two packs on the first day. About 4 hours later a pop-up appeared and said that due to a bug in their system, they didn't get paid, so they took everything I purchased out of my account. However, I was still charged and have NOT been refunded the money. They then had the gall to say they would appreciate if I would rebuy the pack. If Google didn't pay you take it up with Google. Don't punish the user.

didn't have a problem with this for a while now. but I just ran into a big issue. when I went to reset my abilities, it lowered all of my stats to almost nothing even after I put it back to how I had it. and my stats do not go up much at all when I level up making these dungeons that were simple, now unnecessarily difficult. this needs to be fixed ASAP

I think the game/app is great. I used it for a while. Created an account and all. I changed phones. I managed to sign in but it doesn't bring my profile over. I also made purchases of "packs" and there is no 'restore purchases' so I feel a little ripped off. other than that is great.
