The app is bad, it took me way to long to try to add my card, and bill my card. and once I got that done, I plug my car, everything looked good so I walked away, and the car didn't even charge the hour and half leaving it charing. something went wrong of courses, I've been trying for the rest of my day send an email, but the app keeps failing. never had an essential app/charging have so much issues

Was generally convenient, right at the front of the hotel I stayed in. But the cost shown on the charging unit itself did not match the rate being charged via the app ($0.30 vs. $0.42 - a large difference), and naturally I was charged the higher number. EDIT: Despite the nice reply below, when e-mailing, they told me they have nothing to do with anything, and to contact the hotel owner. Strange their software pkg would allow the sub-con to lie (show one rate onscreen and charge another).

This is the worst app I have used in over a decade: most time the features don't work, he app randomly hangs while starting "charge" on "Reserved" station, it gets out of sync with actual station (free/occupied) way too often. The app forgets it was opened "on favorites" station and will always reset to California state if location is not on. It can't remember last location or last "favorites" and always narcissistic'ally reset location to "California".
