This app and its customer service is garbage. When opening the app, all I get is a blank screen. A simple reinstall doesn't solve this. You have to clear the app data before you reinstall. After that, the app will work once! You can use it until you close it. After that I get a blank screen again. App also tends to freeze when try to open the QR code to exit the parking garage. Contacted the customer service several times, but no response for 3 weeks.

App is terrible. 99% of the time, it doesn't work properly. It freezes at all points in the process. Sometimes, it doesn't even load after signing in, which the resolution is to uninstall and reinstall. After that, it freezes when trying to find parking or freezes when reserving parking. Serious downgrade from the previous app we had. Commuting and parking in Seattle was already hard enough without this bit of torture.

In terms of account management, there is no way to halt payroll deductions on the app. There is no NFC credit card given to immediately use in NYC, as mentioned in another review, the card given does not work with google wallet. Worst of all, if there is an issue with your account, you will be notified, via no-reply email, on a friday and have to wait all weekend to be put on hold and wait AT LEAST fifteen minutes.
