Ratings and reviews

Whenever I close the app some of the islands which I have completed get reset back to the first island. Many of the images in the test are not visible. And after the last update the chapters which I completed previously are showing as incomplete. It just keeps getting worse and worse. Whenever you try to use the customer care service it takes you back to the home page of the app.
