They recently 'upgraded' the App with the announcement of the Revival Tour. As part of the upgrade they TOOK AWAY any type of notifications. Seriously, unless you open the app and scroll down to your post you don't know if anyone has responded to it or not. IN ADDITION, it's virtually impossible to use the D.M. feature. There is no shortcut to it. You have to go through 3 screens to find it. And then, you don't receive any notification if someone messages you. It's USELESS. Clearly no testing

For this to be the only way to buy pit tickets is utterly ridiculous. I was able to select the concert date and number of tickets but kept getting "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time." Soooooo incredibly frustrating. Clearly, this app was not able to handle the volume of traffic it received. I can't even get back on now and keep getting a "Your connectivity is low. Some features of this app may not work". 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Tried to log on over and over and over again on my app and it wouldn't let me access it. :( Kept telling me "not valid log on". I've reloaded app, AND reset password AND made sure connected to wi-fi, etc....still won't allow me to access the app. I am soooo bummed (insert crying emogee here).
