The application needs many improvements like: 1. downloading the receipt 2. Once you open an account it again requires extra account to open. 3. No option to improve error names example my name is Dereje Assefa Kebede but here it displayed Derere so how to improve it? 4. Document No, Payment date, andpayment amount are just written with out spacing which makes difficult and not attractive.

your customers service phone number is not accessible , customers service are not picking their phone. this company is the worst in Ethiopia, maintenance workers are corrupt, things take days to get fixed. the government should look on to this disgraceful company. EEU is torturing its customers in every way. 😡😡😡

this is just a report app. make it functional. Would be better if it adds some services as Unpaid Bill reminder, and meter reading submission form (as it is provided by the chatbot). We are fed up with your personnel not showing up and we have to pay for two month reading with a single calculation ratio.
