this is one of the worst apps I ever had to download. Also if anyone is planing on getting services witht them think twice. they have horrible customer service. I have been trying to get in contact with them for 2whole months and no response back; I guess they just kept my money at this point even though they haven't provided any service.

No te deja cancelar citas, la app es horrible. El servicio al cliente es aun peor, si la app te falla nadie te da la atención, ni por whatsapp, ni en sucursal ni en ningún lado. En sucursal te dicen que ellas no pueden ayudarte con problemas de la app pero no te dan una solución ni un contacto. Son super informales no te apuntan asistencia cada que vas a cita y no te atienden pronto aunque llegues puntual.

La aplicacion se cierra sola, no sirve, no funciona todas las opciones, se traba... malísima. El servicio es malo y aveces no te anotan las valoraciones lo que te quita la garantía, no lo recomiendo para nada.
