The Facade Design Simulator is a tool developed in Unity that allows you to customize architectural facades interactively. Designed with a hands-on approach, this simulator offers tools to fine-tune 3D models based on design and aesthetic preferences.
Main Features:
• Dynamic and Interactive Interface: Intuitive panels to customize architectural elements such as windows, materials and decorations. Move, rotate and resize controls to position and configure 3D objects.
• Support for 3D Files: Compatible with models in .OBJ format generated in programs such as Cinema 4D, SketchUp and Blender. IMPORTANT: Files must be located in the "Documents" folder on the device to be accessible. Models can be imported and customized with interactive tools. (In development)
• Facade Customization: Base houses with different colors and architectural styles. Possibility of changing materials and textures applicable to windows, walls and decorative elements.
• Decorative Elements: Catalog of decorative objects included in the application. Functions to move, rotate and resize elements in the scene.
• Design Management Tools: “Save Changes,” “Apply Changes,” and “Delete Changes” buttons allow you to store, deploy, and restore specific design configurations.
• Motion and Rotation Controls: Movement tools in the X, Y and Z axes for objects in the scene. Rotation function to adjust facade elements.
• AI capabilities: AI will adjust design settings based on predefined parameters such as energy efficiency and aesthetics. (Soon)
