The ExpenseWire app allows employees to:
• Create expense reports on the go
• Upload receipts to a photo gallery, and then attach them to their report
• Import credit card transactions
• Enter expense information required by their employer
• See when expenses are out-of-policy
• Submit their report for approval
• View the status of their expense reimbursement
• Review messages from the reviewer

The app can also be used by employers to approve reports as they come in, and review any questions employees might have about their reimbursements.

Ratings and reviews

Whenever a pop-up selection window appears (for example, when clicking Edit), the pop-up loads outside of the visible screen area. Because it renders off-screen, the user cannot click or select any of the required options. This makes basic functions unusable and significantly slows down workflow. This app would benefit from proper front-end and back-end QA, as this type of UI issue typically indicates layout handling problems (missing viewport constraints, incorrect modal positioning, or lack

Login Issues Every Time. I login with my credentials and it won't let me in. This happens until it locks my account and makes me reset my password. Beyond frustrating.

Can't login. App says I have to update to the newest version. Check-in, the store app is up to date. Un-installed and installed it again, still saying the app needs to be the latest version.

Blank Default for Expense Date

We've improved the manual line-item creation process by defaulting the expense date field to blank. Previously, this field might have been automatically filled in, but with this update, users will need to actively choose the correct date for incurred expenses. This adjustment was made in response to client feedback, with the goal of enhancing accuracy and ensuring precise expense reporting.
