I processed a DMT money transfer for my customer. The amount was deducted from my wallet, but it was not credited to the customer's bank account. The transaction status is showing as Pending. I tried contacting customer care, but office hours were over. Please let me know if the amount will be credited to the customer's account or refunded to my wallet.

For past 4 days I am asking detail of last month statement, irregular & irrelevant charge have been deducted. Customer care aren't able to understand or not willing to provide Statement 😓😤
