overall a poorly executed app 1. Can never detect the parking area/location correctly even when I turned on GPS 2. Why even bother making users search/guess the parking location when the rates are the same? 3. No physical signs to work with the app, so if users enter the wrong parking location, they still get charged AND get a penalty anyway for not paying for the actual parking area.

Recent update is terrible. 1. The prepaid credit can no longer be used because the only option available now is Spay. Can't even request for refund. They basically took your money and run with it. 2. The popup upon opening the app just won't go away. 3. The feature to remember the last used car plat number is no longer available. Now, we have to type our car plate number every single time we want to pay for parking. So inconvenient. The app used to be very good without all these issues.

Pay and Go shouldn't have tied itself with Sarawak Pay, people could have just top up their credits through this app alone. Rather than relying on another app to do the payment is a headache. Happy with the app, its functional, reliable, it reduces the time taken for paying on the physical machine. Please include the seasonal parking application for us to register.
