LivriCom is a bridge between customers who want to deliver their goods and the nearest available carrier with competitive rates.
In just a few clicks, LivriCom allows you to have your package delivered without moving where you want and the time you want.
Installation
1. Once the LivriCom application has been downloaded and installed, launch the application.
2. The first time, we ask to confirm your number, a message will be sent to the number entered
3. If you have not received a confirmation message after a while. Press the "Resend code again" link. A new message will be sent to you
4. Enter the 6-digit code in the input field and press "OK"
5. In the form that appears, enter your name and email
6. You must also read and accept the terms of use. Check the box next to it and press "OK"
And you are ready to launch your request for delivery
How it works
1. Travel Information
To launch a race request, you must:
- Choose the starting address (the parcel pickup point) and the arrival address (the delivery point)
- If you are at the starting address is your position, press directly on the red circle to activate GPS geolocation [You must grant permission to use GPS data] and the starting address will be targeted automatically
- Press "Confirm" to confirm and go to the package information
2. Package Information
- Choose the Size and Category of the package
- For more precision, enter more details on the package
- You can ask the delivery person to help you on another action such as, help you handling, deposit or retrieve documents, ...
Check the "Extra" button and enter more information about the requested service
- Tap on "Find a delivery person".
3. Choice of the Deliveryman
- A list of delivery men will be displayed
- Select the one that suits you according to price, time to arrive or reputation
- The detail of information on the deliveryman will be displayed to you and a card will be displayed with the route of the Deliverer
- You can follow the position of the deliveryman in real time on the map all along the delivery
- You will receive a notification when the package is loaded and a notification when the package is delivered
Press the red arrow to show or hide the detail on the Delivery Man and the route
- At the end of the race, you can give your opinion and rate the deliveryman
