If I purchase a monthly subscription, how can I cancel?
The subscription will auto-renew monthly (every 30 days) until you choose to cancel. Initial payment for the entire month will be charged to your GooglePlay account at confirmation of purchase. Your GooglePlay account will be charged automatically for renewal ($39.99) each month within 24 hours prior to the end of the current 30-day period. Monthly renewals will continue to be conveniently billed as long as you require the valuable Foreclosure.com data. We do not offer pro-rated refunds if you decide to cancel the auto renewal with days remaining on the latest auto-renewal; however, you will continue to receive full site access until the current 30-day window expires. In other words, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period. You can manage your subscription from “Account Settings” after purchase to cancel the auto-renewal service at any time. That’s right, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Ratings and reviews

This app is trash. It will not let me search nearby or use the map. It always says there is a problem with the internet connection on your device. I have no internet connection issue with any of my other apps.

it doesn't work! it tells you to subscribe and when you subscribe it says it cant verify your subscription. I contacted customer service and they're no help.

Sorting Issue: after I sort, I click on a listing and it directs me to a different listing. Please fix this!
