edit, [ it took the password reset emails several hours to arrive. ] it's worse since the upgrades. you can't screen individuals connecting to chat live. the call interrupts the browsing. it has spaces, but no actual links to contacting admin, nor can I retrieve my password. it won't actually do anything to fix the problem. and the individuals replying to this here, I never heard back from them the last time they reached out.

I've had major issues with the app after only using it for three to four weeks. App would not let me log in. Finally tech support deleted my account and I set up a new one to only have the same problem. Have called numerous times and not getting resolution. Last time I called representative was very rude. No one seems to care, cannot get help to resolve problem for good. I've set up whole new profile and once it was completed again can't log in and all it does is bring me back to log in screen.

This app is great but there is a big problem With it when you receive live connections you have no idea who your connecting with..... It's happened of few times Where I was talking to somebody got a live request And naturally I thought it was who I was talking to but it was somebody else You can't check the greeting you can't choose to respond with a message It's just a blind connection If you can solve that issue this app would be 5 star but until that issue solved I only give you 3 stars
