Ratings and reviews

I always check reviews and star rating before using an App. Unfortunately I had already bought a full set of FVTLED lights before checking the App. Finding it had a 1-2 star review I started to worry a bit. Following the 12/12 update my widgets stopped working. I messaged customer support (not really expecting much). They responded within a few hours, constantly kept in touch, and within a week wrote a new update fixing the issue!!! Unbelievable service & worth 5* in my book.

The app does what it says apart from not being able to use my phone's microphone to change the colours of the light according to the beat of a song. The app just crashes upon activating this function. Also, not being able to have more than six timers in the schedule is quite limiting. (I now use an app called: Magic Home Pro. This app works with this brand of lights and the mic function works!)

Problematic Lights have started coming on at random times. Even though they have been on a schedule time since installing. Smart scheduling has stopped working and no longer comes on at sunset. I will be uninstalling and trying other recommended apps.
