you can only access one client per phone account ! which is ridiculous...which means that you can only work for one client aka agency...so agencies need to know that this app is highly limiting for the clinician. If now I know that an agency is going to be messaging me through this app I would not accept to work for them because I could never work for any other agency that uses this app as an assigning service.

Freezes ALL the time, won't let me change the notification sound so I can customize it to get my attention when I get a referral, so I'm always missing out on new patients. Very frustrating.

Freezes up and if you don't click on the offer immediately, it is lost to you. I rarely get any patients from this app. Also. Cannot change the settings.
