About this game

Fish Match is a reef bursting puzzle built around a single simple touch. Find a creature that has at least one neighbour of the same kind and the whole connected shoal bursts at once, then the reef above falls into the space and the columns close together.

Larger shoals pay far better than small ones, and they leave something behind. Burst five together and an urchin settles on the reef, ready to blast everything around it. Burst seven or more and a drift net appears, sweeping a full row and a full column when you set it off.

Each stage sets a score to reach before your taps run out. Clear it and the reef refills, the target grows and the tap count tightens, so a long run asks for bigger and bigger shoals rather than quick easy pops. Sonar lights up the biggest shoal on the board for the price of one tap when the reef stops making sense.

Eight awards track the milestones, from the first burst to a run of four thousand points, and the ranks screen places your best run against the regulars of the reef.

Everything happens on the device. There is no account to make, no advert to watch and nothing to buy. The settings screen holds a single control that clears all stored data.
