About this app

Flores Mobile App provides a single access point for participants to upload debit card documentation/claims while providing real-time access to consumer driven account data whenever and wherever through our fully responsive website.

Simply log on to the application using your PID or User Name and your password.

Capture for Debit Card Documentation or Claim Submissions

To submit a claim, select “Upload” from the main screen then select the type of claim to upload. You can then photograph your documentation, upload up to 10 images from your camera roll, and add claim details.

Once your claim is submitted you will receive the standard e-Status messages as the document is processed by Flores.

Viewing Account Information

You are also able to access your Flores Account Information using this mobile app. By selecting one of your accounts, you will be taken to the responsive Flores247.com website without a need for an additional login. Through this portal you can view account history, plan documents, add Authorized Users, add/edit Direct Deposit information, and access helpful guides.

Why call this an app? Its only functionality is providing links to the main web site; nothing but an html interface. I thought the silver lining was that I could take pictures and complete the claim, then upload and be done. Nope. it'll take a picture and submit just that, but you still need to visit their website later on and fill out the paperwork to complete submissions. Almost useless.

I am updating my review back down to 1 star because I can't even get into my account anymore. I logged in online and then tried to log into the app and it says the username/password is incorrect. This is seriously one of the worst FSA apps I have ever used. I don't know if I'm more frustrated with Flores or with my company for cutting every corner possible.

The app does the BARE minimum, it really has nearly no purpose in existing cos no matter what you try to do, 90% of the time it sends you to the browser anyway. You cannot see what's pending, you cannot see what's been rejected or why. Any time I try to submit claims through the app, they get rejected so I have to upload and file claims through my computer, what's the point? Either they invest more money in the app or pull the plug cos it's useless.
