About this app

Flores Mobile App provides a single access point for participants to upload debit card documentation/claims while providing real-time access to consumer driven account data whenever and wherever through our fully responsive website.

Simply log on to the application using your PID or User Name and your password.

Capture for Debit Card Documentation or Claim Submissions

To submit a claim, select “Upload” from the main screen then select the type of claim to upload. You can then photograph your documentation, upload up to 10 images from your camera roll, and add claim details.

Once your claim is submitted you will receive the standard e-Status messages as the document is processed by Flores.

Viewing Account Information

You are also able to access your Flores Account Information using this mobile app. By selecting one of your accounts, you will be taken to the responsive Flores247.com website without a need for an additional login. Through this portal you can view account history, plan documents, add Authorized Users, add/edit Direct Deposit information, and access helpful guides.

Ratings and reviews

When I first downloaded Flores it worked just fine. But recently it won't accept my images as documents. It won't allow me to submit my claim. It keeps saying, "Must add a supporting document", when I have already uploaded images of my receipts. I have to email myself my receipts to submit my claims on my PC. Can someone on the IT team look into this???

Gonna pile on the bad reviews here. Overall, it's just a very poor interface, but that wouldn't stop it from being functional. This app is barely functional and this frustrating to use. I only tried to submit one claim but have given up and will just do it on my computer. 1. It does not let you select a future date for the end of service date. 2. You can't upload docs, only pictures... So no PDFs of your receipt just a pic or screenshot.

This app is currently not working for Androids - won't accept user ID or username or password as it did before. I've used it in the past with no issues. Until about a month ago. I've reloaded it over and over, have no trouble logging in to the website on my phone or laptop, but the app won't let you log in. I reset user name, password, but it simply isn't working. The IPhone app is working but not this one.
